How to use this

  1. Switch the view to My items to see what's assigned to you, and work through those.
  2. Mark each one Works, Broken, Missing or N/A. Your name and the date are recorded automatically.
  3. Use the note box for anything short — a lot number, which screen, what you expected.

Understanding Statuses

OpenYour feedback has been submitted and is waiting to be reviewed. No action needed from you.
In ReviewThe admin team is reviewing your feedback and will create a development ticket. No action needed.
Additional Info NeededAction needed! The team needs more details from you. Check the Comments for questions, then update your feedback.
In ProgressA developer is actively working on this. You can track progress via the Jira ticket link if available.
TrackedYour feedback was matched to an existing Jira ticket — either a duplicate the team is already working on, or a resolved item flagged as a possible regression / same root cause. No separate work needed; follow the linked ticket for updates.
On HoldWork is temporarily paused. Check Comments for the reason.
Ready for TestingAction needed! The fix or feature is ready. Please test it and report your results using the Pass/Fail buttons. Mark it Complete if it works as expected.
CompleteThe issue has been resolved and verified. All done!
CanceledThis item will not be addressed. Check Comments for the reason.

When You're Asked to Verify

  1. When you see Ready for Testing on one of your items, the development team has finished their work.
  2. Test the fix or feature in the application.
  3. Click your feedback item → Edit.
  4. Use the Pass/Fail buttons or add a Comment to describe your testing results:
    • Did the fix resolve the issue?
    • Does the new feature work as you expected?
    • Any remaining concerns?
  5. If it looks good, change the status to Complete.
  6. If there are still issues, leave the status as Ready for Testing and describe what's not working in your verification notes.

Duplicate Detection

The app automatically checks for similar feedback as you type your description on the Submit New page.

  • As you type, a "Possible duplicates found" panel will appear if similar feedback already exists.
  • Each match shows the existing description, who submitted it, and a similarity percentage.
  • If your issue matches an existing item, click "Add Notes Here" to append your details to that item instead of creating a new one.
  • This helps the team avoid working on the same issue twice and keeps all related information in one place.
  • If your issue is different enough, go ahead and submit it as new feedback.

Tips

  • Use "My Feedback" on the All Feedback page to quickly filter to just your items.
  • Check the Comments section on your items for updates and questions from the team.
  • Use the search bar and filters to find specific feedback items quickly.
  • Click any row in the table to see full details.
